Job summary

CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) seeks one or more psychotherapists to join a collaborative clinical team serving diverse populations across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. The practice supports child, adolescent, adult, and elder care with a flexible, hybrid work model.

We offer remote, hybrid, and in-office service options with evening/weekend availability and strong administrative support to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland.
• Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred with multi-jurisdiction eligibility favored.
• Priority given to clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and high-quality care.
• 1–3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Must be local to the DC region.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to clients’ needs.
• Establish treatment goals, monitor progress, and refer when needed.
• Assess and respond to risks such as suicide or abuse per standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely, secure clinical records and notes.
• Support other responsibilities as required by the practice.
