Qualifications

• Independent licensure in VA, MD and/or DC with priority for cross-jurisdiction practice.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Willingness to serve diverse populations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy within scope of practice.
• Develop treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Assess and respond to safety concerns (suicide, self-harm, abuse, risk) per laws and standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and documentation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborative consultation.
