CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC is seeking one or more psychotherapists to join a multidisciplinary practice serving the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. The role offers scheduling flexibility with full-time or part-time options and a hybrid work setting combining remote and in-office care.

Compensation is competitive and aligned with insurance reimbursement rates, with opportunities to maximize earnings based on clinical volume.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be independently licensed in Virginia, Maryland and/or Washington, D.C. with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions.
• Priority for clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populations.
• Passion for high-quality, compassionate mental health care.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Desired experience 1–3 years.
• Must be local.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy to TRICARE beneficiaries, as appropriate to training and scope of practice.
• Treatment planning and delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed mental health services.
• Assess and respond to risks such as suicide, self-harm, abuse, violence, or other urgent concerns; document appropriately.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and secure clinical records and communications.
• Other responsibilities as required.
