Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in IL.
• Active DEA license.
• Active CDS license.
• Passion for high quality care.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric healthcare services including initial mental health evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Medication management and supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists and care team to coordinate care.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic health records and documentation.
