Geode Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Provider (Psych PA or PMHNP) in the greater market to deliver evidenced-based psychiatric care. You will perform initial evaluations, create treatment plans, manage medications and provide psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of the job posting.
• Active DEA license.
• CDS license (Illinois providers only).
• Passion for high quality care.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills; proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric healthcare services including initial evaluations, treatment plans, medication management and supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and mental health therapists to coordinate care.
• Engage in integrated care with a multidisciplinary team.
