Geode Health, Inc. is recruiting Advanced Practice Providers (Psych PA or PMHNP) in the greater Naperville area to deliver psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.

The role offers a hybrid work model with some onsite and telehealth days, a compensation package around $135,000–$150,000, and a broad benefits program supporting professional development and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in IL.
• Active DEA license.
• Active CDS.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans.
• Medication management and supportive psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Psychiatry and MH Therapist for coordinated care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality outcomes.
