Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin PA or PMHNP license.
• Active DEA license.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and initial assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Medication management and monitoring.
• Provide psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
