Job summary

Geode Health is seeking an Advance Practice Provider (Psych PA or PMHNP) to deliver psychiatric care. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans and manage medications, while offering psychotherapy as needed.

The role features a hybrid schedule with no nights or weekends, optional four-day weeks, and supportive team integration to improve patient outcomes using measurement-based care.

Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in IL.
• One year of professional work experience for Psych PAs.
• Active DEA license.
• Passion for high quality care.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining up-to-date EHRs.
• Ability to address a general spectrum of mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric healthcare services including initial evaluations, treatment planning, medication management and supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Partner with the Psychiatrist and Mental Health Therapist to coordinate care and follow-up.
