Job summary

Geode Health in Omaha is seeking a Psychiatric PA or PMHNP to join our hybrid mental health practice. You'll perform initial evaluations, build individualized treatment plans, manage medications, and provide psychotherapy as clinically appropriate, collaborating with a broader integrated care team.

No nights, no weekends, no on-call. Most providers work three days on site and two days via telehealth; a four-day week is possible.

Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in NE.
• Active DEA license.
• Active CDS.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring up-to-date electronic health records for all encounters.
• Desire to treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to coordinate care.
