Geode Health is hiring Advanced Practice Providers (Psych PA or PMHNP) to join our growing national team delivering outpatient psychiatric care. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, manage medications and provide psychotherapy in collaboration with psychiatrists and therapists.

We offer a hybrid schedule with three onsite days and two telehealth days, no nights or weekends, and a supportive environment with CME time, competitive compensation and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the posting state.
• Active DEA license.
• CDS license if applicable in Illinois (for Illinois providers only).
• Proven track record delivering high-quality psychiatry care.
• Proficiency with EMR and accurate EHR maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage medications and monitor effects.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care.
• Deliver psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation.
