Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Provider Relations Field Representative for Southeast Metro Georgia. This hybrid role requires strong data analysis, client-facing interaction, and travel within GA.

You will support outsourcing teams, document client requirements, and help manage project timelines while delivering clear communications. The position emphasizes collaboration, training delivery, and adaptable problem-solving in a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related experience in healthcare/provider relations/claims management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel locally up to 50% within Georgia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present and facilitate training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist outsourcing teams by gathering and summarizing data for client evaluation.
• Provide analysis and documentation of client requirements for project development and implementation.
• Prepare work plans, define scope, and monitor timelines with clients.
• Demonstrate system setup to clients and test configurations during implementation.
• Monitor processes and resolve participant issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain clear written communication and deliver effective presentations.
