Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Provider Data Analyst to analyze and report on provider file data, supporting internal client needs and external requests. The role emphasizes data quality, cross-functional collaboration, and efficient data delivery.

The hybrid role requires in-office presence 1-2 days per week, with flexibility for remote work and potential alternate locations. A BA/BS and 3+ years of data/analytics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years data file/reporting experience and analytics/database exposure.

Responsibilities

• Generates provider data reports and analyses to support internal client needs including network management, sales, account management, and other key functions.
• Performs provider data analysis and reporting in response to external requests from providers and/or regulatory agencies.
• Serves as a technical data expert and liaison between the provider database organization and other functional areas to support data requests and ensure uniform data flow.
• Acts as a liaison with the assigned analyst completing the report and the requesting department and/or provider, clarifying reports to meet client needs.
• Ensures the quality and accuracy of all reports.
• Performs provider data support, data/file analysis, network analysis, surveys, reporting (including creating and publishing), and other ad hoc data requests.
• May be responsible for enhancements and testing.
