Job summary

Donald Danforth Plant Science Center is seeking a Prospect Management and Research Coordinator to support donor engagement and fundraising efforts in a hybrid, full-time role based in Olivette, MO. The position focuses on research, data analysis, and reporting to help the development team identify partners and cultivate supporters locally and nationwide.

You will prepare profiles, conduct wealth screening, and develop relationship maps while maintaining Raiser's Edge data and supporting gift

Qualifications

2+ years of prospect management and research experience.
Proficiency in common prospect research tools (or equivalents) and methods.
Experience interpreting wealth screening results and donor data.
Familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools and confidential constituent data handling.

Responsibilities

Preparing profiles, reports, and lists to support donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
Rating and qualifying new donors and prospects, including wealth screening reviews.
Assisting in portfolio allocations and managing portfolio size and composition.
Identifying prospective donors locally and nationally through proactive research.
Developing relationship maps and visual materials to aid engagement.
Maintaining electronic files and ensuring data hygiene in Raiser's Edge.
Using AI tools to support research, monitoring, and reporting workflows.
