Job summary

Parkland Foundation seeks a Prospect Research Strategist to design and lead a proactive research program identifying and qualifying donors at all levels. The role supervises research processes, analyzes wealth and philanthropic interests, and collaborates with fundraising staff to move prospects through the donor cycle.

The successful candidate will govern research standards, maintain partnerships with Parkland staff, volunteers and board members, and ensure confidentiality and data integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of prospect research experience.
• Experience leading prospect strategy for major gifts fundraising.
• Knowledge of donor management systems.
• Ability to handle confidential materials.

Responsibilities

• Creates, directs and implements a comprehensive, systematic and integrated research program.
• Directs all phases of prospect identification, research, review and pipeline management.
• Develops materials for moves management meetings and briefing documents.
• Develops assessment and measurement strategies for prospect activity.
• Develops and manages prospect research policies and adherence to APRA guidelines.
• Leads prospect review meetings and communicates findings to staff and volunteers.
