Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a PROPOSAL MANAGER to lead the drafting of client pitches and responses to RFPs. You will organize collateral, improve best practices, and partner with the global marketing and business development team.

You will manage RFP projects, maintain response libraries, and collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership across offices in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. Strong writing and project management are essential.
