Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead RFP responses and client pitches across multiple offices, including Phoenix, on a hybrid basis. You will collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to craft strategic submissions that reflect the firm’s strengths and client needs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in proposal writing within a law or professional services setting, exceptional writing and project management skills, and fluency with AI-assisted drafting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong proposal writing experience.
• 7+ years in proposal writing, bid management or business development support.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and draft client pitches and RFP responses for designated industries.
• Develop and maintain RFP response libraries, templates, and QA processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to improve win rates.
• Coordinate with attorneys and firm leadership to align proposals.
• Monitor RFP win/loss statistics and drive improvements.
