Clarity Partners in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join the business development team. The role involves facilitating, editing, and formatting new business proposals; generating varied content; and delivering strong editorial and writing support.

You will coordinate with leadership, operations, and external partners to meet deadlines across multiple RFPs, and tailor materials for different audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-3 years of business development and/or proposal writing experience.
• Familiarity using AI for editorial purposes.
• Excellent business, technical, and creative writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate and support the proposal process following standard procedures, including planning, reviewing, and producing statements of qualifications and proposals.
• Participate in discussions with operation team members, leadership, external partners, and/or others to clarify requested scope of service and other proposal requirements.
• Navigate schedules for multiple concurrent proposals and competitive RFPs, meeting tight deadlines with diverse stakeholders.
• Provide quality assurance editorial support for proposals, reports, presentations, and other content.
• Coordinate with the team to develop, research, track, and follow up on proposals and other assigned projects.
• Handle various ad hoc requests from internal operations and sales team leaders.
