Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Marketing Proposal Specialist II to join the West Water Marketing Team and collaborate with the West Region BD and operations on pursuits, including EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and pre-qualifications. Hybrid work with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and other CA/CO sites.

Responsibilities include leading small to medium proposals, coordinating content and templates, and guiding design and resumes. Experience with CRM and design tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or related field plus 2 years of experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's plus 4+ years managing design proposals, especially A/E pursuits.
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and CRM experience.
• Familiarity with InDesign, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium proposals and support larger pursuits from capture to interview.
• Coordinate content, schedules, compliance, and templates for proposals.
• Provide leadership for document design and resumes/past performance sections.
• Facilitate reviews and apply lessons learned to proposals.
• Ensure go/no-go and greenlight analyses align with guidelines.
• Debrief proposals and incorporate client feedback for improvement.
