Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Marketing Proposal Specialist I to join the West Water Marketing Team. Hybrid work with in-office days in Los Angeles, Orange, San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, or Denver offices, focusing on EOIs, RFQs, RFPs and related pursuits.

You will assist with proposal planning, create schedules, ensure compliance, and help craft resumes and past performance sections for responses, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Strong proposal development and marketing copy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pursuits and meet deadlines.
• Experience with InDesign and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of proposals, LOIs, SOQs and RFQs.
• Develop proposal schedules and templates; ensure compliance.
• Create content and resumes sections; support color reviews.
• Coordinate revisions and maintain CRM data as needed.
• Support Go/No Go and pursuit debriefs.
