Environmental Science Associates (ESA) is seeking a Proposal Coordinator for our Northwest Marketing Team with a minimum of 2 years in the A/E industry. This role involves supporting proposal development, coordinating marketing leads, and participating in business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry in Washington and/or Oregon.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong MS Office Suite and knowledge of Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the Northwest Region's annual acquisition goals by creating and coordinating proposals.
• Assist with managing marketing leads and client management processes.
• Participate in marketing and business development meetings.
