Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Business Manager, Property Operations to support regional portfolios by driving efficiency, financial performance and compliance. You will oversee occupancy management, maintenance oversight, and regulatory compliance, ensuring Asset Living standards are met across properties.

Collaborating with Regional Portfolio Managers, Community Managers, and Leasing teams, you will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities while guiding operations to meet KPIs and client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of multifamily property management/operations experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar property management systems.
• Strong MS Office and Google Workspace knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy management and renewal workflows.
• Oversee maintenance, service quality, and vendor relations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lease enforcement.
• Travel ~5% of time for site visits and meetings.
