Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 260-unit scattered-site portfolio. You will handle leasing, inspections, move-ins/outs, and vendor coordination while maintaining close communication with owners and tenants.

The role blends field work with a hybrid schedule, requiring travel to several properties monthly. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing occupancy goals with responsive tenant

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in property management or real estate field.
• Independent, highly responsive, organized, and able to manage high volumes of leads.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal property laws and regulations.
• Proficient with AppFolio or similar software and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a scattered-site residential portfolio and leases.
• Conduct on-site and virtual showings and follow up to maintain occupancy.
• Oversee rental listings, market analysis, pricing, and mult-platform activation.
• Prepare lease documents, extensions, terminations, subleases, and amendments.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for owners and tenants with regular updates.
• Coordinate unit readiness with maintenance for timely turn.
• Manage move-ins/outs and perform walk-throughs.
• Plan and execute retention events at each community.
