Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service or real estate sales background.
• BA preferred; HS diploma required.
• Some weekend and evening hours may be required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and public speaking in front of groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all on-site operations and vendor relationships to ensure property operations run smoothly.
• Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.
• Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and manage financials.
• Advertise and obtain referrals to attract new tenants.
• Monitor new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth.
