Virtual Help io is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee all operational, tenant, and vendor management across our portfolio. You will drive high retention, ensure smooth daily operations, and manage the complete tenant lifecycle from screening to move-in and move-out.

You will coordinate maintenance vendors, oversee utility transitions, and act as the primary liaison for property inquiries. A strong blend of communication, compliance, and financial documentation skills is essential

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Property Manager to oversee all operational, tenant, and vendor management activities for our property portfolio. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of our properties, driving high retention rates and maintaining smooth daily operations.

You will be responsible for managing the complete tenant lifecycle—from rigorous background and financial screening to seamless onboarding, ongoing lease administration, and final move-out processing. Beyond tenant relations, you will actively coordinate maintenance vendors to protect asset value, manage utility transitions, and serve as the primary liaison for all property-related inquiries. The ideal candidate blends exceptional communication skills with a firm grasp of property compliance, financial documentation, and conflict resolution to deliver a high standard of living for our residents.

Compensation: $7 - $8 hourly
