Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Working knowledge of Construction and Property Management terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, create, and distribute work orders to vendors and landlords in Tririga.
• Track timely completion of work orders to meet SLAs.
• Review invoices and code them in Oracle with proper GL descriptions and cost distributions.
• Provide professional customer service to M&T employees and tenants of properties.
