Job summary

Mile High Propane is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth along the Denver Front Range. You will build lasting relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and respond to inquiries about pricing and delivery.

This hybrid role requires a self-motivated, autonomous professional who communicates effectively, negotiates deals, and collaborates with logistics and support teams to ensure excellent service and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar account management role with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in energy, propane, or utilities is preferred.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Respond to inquiries about propane services, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure services meet expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, activities and opportunities.
