Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of transmission, substation and distribution projects in a hybrid work arrangement. You will coordinate across internal and external teams to manage the full project life cycle, focusing on safety, schedule, and budget.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in utility or construction project management, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams while maintaining client satisfaction

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management of Utility, Construction, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and capital projects.
• Experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or leadership role.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, contract administration, planning and resource management.
• Own all aspects of project performance: safety, schedule, budget, reporting, client experience.
• Lead all phases of the project life cycle from initiation to close-out.
• Direct project teams, mentor members, and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Support KPI reporting for schedule, budget and dashboards; manage changes.
