Job summary

CHS is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology delivery initiatives in support of Go-to-Market capabilities. You will manage deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations within the CHS Tech Delivery Framework.

The role partners with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and third-party vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. A PMP or related cert is preferred, with strong communication and documentation skills in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

7 years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desired).
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple product teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives with clear scope, milestones, and success measures.
Maintain a delivery plan across business, technology, product teams, and vendors.
Drive deliverables to completion by tracking commitments and addressing gaps.
Partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Delivery Managers to align milestones with priorities.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
Maintain logs for risks, issues, actions, assumptions with owners and due dates.
Create and maintain dashboards and dashboards views using Azure DevOps, Miro, and Microsoft tools.
Provide concise, data-driven status readouts for stakeholders and governance forums.
