Job summary

Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) seeks a Project Manager in Strategy and Transformation to oversee strategic planning initiatives, monitor KPIs, and support performance management through data-driven decisions. The role collaborates with leaders across departments to advance the university's strategic plan and drive operational excellence.

The position coordinates the Envisio platform, develops executive reports, and promotes accountability for strategic outcomes within the Strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in administrative coordination, strategic planning support, data analysis, process improvement, or related area.
• Experience developing reports, presentations, dashboards, project plans, meeting materials, or decision-support documents.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, analyze information, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the University Strategic Plan by monitoring initiatives, KPIs, and portfolio performance.
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and briefing materials that communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Collect, validate, analyze data related to strategic initiatives and prepare decision-support materials.
• Coordinate communications supporting the University Strategic Plan, including updates and stakeholder materials.
