Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking a Project Manager, Strategic Planning and Performance to support and advance strategic objectives. The role focuses on coordinating initiatives, managing projects, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities include dashboard development, performance reporting, and collaboration with university leaders across departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience developing reports, presentations, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the University Strategic Plan by monitoring initiatives, KPIs, and portfolio performance.
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and briefing materials to communicate progress and risks.
• Support strategic growth, partnerships, and cross-functional projects with data-driven analysis.
• Promote alignment with institutional priorities and liaise with Strategy Office leadership.
