The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in multifamily or large residential builds, a degree in a related field, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing multifamily or large residential construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Procore or similar PM software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance management.
• Monitor project financial performance, including cost control, change management, and forecasting.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with field leadership to ensure efficient execution.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Support closeout activities including punch lists and turnover.
