U.S. Bank is seeking a Project Manager to support quality assurance and audit initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The role reviews project documentation, identifies improvement opportunities, and partners with stakeholders to implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and consistency. The role also helps develop, maintain, and update procedures, desk guides, and process documentation while tracking quality metrics and supporting training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in project management activities.
• Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, desk procedures, or training materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA reviews of project deliverables and processes to ensure standards.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain desk procedures, job aids, and training materials.
• Track quality metrics and audit results, reporting trends to leadership.
• Support onboarding and cross-functional collaboration to resolve findings.
