Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Civil Engineering and 6+ years PM experience or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship required for this position.
• Experience with AutoCAD and ArcGIS preferred.
• Professional Engineer registration with Hawaii registration within 12 months preferred.
• Strong client relationship management and leadership skills.
• Good written and verbal communication and proposal development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages scope, schedule, and budget for multiple design projects.
• Provides project and task management for simultaneous projects.
• Identifies problems and evaluates alternatives for project success.
• Reviews contracts, prepares fee proposals and execution strategies.
• Manages sub-consultants, scope, fees, and deliverables.
• Maintains strong client relationships and acts as primary client liaison.
• Leads teams and mentors junior staff, ensuring project quality and timeliness.
