AECOM's Buildings + Places practice in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Project Manager to support active and future projects in a hybrid capacity located in our San Francisco or Oakland, CA offices. Responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating scope, budget, and schedule, and advancing project delivery from identification through closeout.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering from an accredited university with +2 years of relevant experience in the A/E field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience managing multi-discipline design projects for federal or municipal clients.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary technical leads.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a point of contact with a client.
• Preparing scope and fee proposals for mulit-discipline projects
• Directing professional and technical staff to complete a wide variety of architectural and engineering projects.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/subcontractors for execution of projects.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget while meeting client expectations with high quality.
• Developing and monitoring a detailed project plan and schedule to track progress and identify shortfalls in a timely manner.
• Managing with change management.
• Maintaining project documentation controls.
• Preparing, coordinating and facilitating project meetings. Preparing and maintaining the agenda with associated meeting minutes.
• Tracking and managing finances on projects.
• Leading and supporting projects through the full lifecycle of the project from identification to capture, execution, construction and closeout for development to Project Manager Role.
