Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information systems management, public health, or related discipline and five years of experience in project management.

Aufgaben

• Leads complex, high-priority, cross-functional projects from concept through closeout, within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive PM plans, schedules, WBS, risk/issue logs, decision logs, action item tracking, and other PM docs.
• Facilitates project planning sessions with stakeholders to establish objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Coordinates cross-functional project teams ensuring responsibilities, timelines, and expectations are clearly defined.
• Manages project schedules and dependencies; develops mitigation or recovery strategies when behind schedule.
• Identifies, assesses, monitors, and communicates risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies; develops mitigations.
• Facilitates project decisions by gathering information, evaluating options, documenting recommendations, and communicating decisions.
• Monitors scope and manages changes through change control;Assess impacts to schedule, budget, resources, requirements, outcomes.
• Tracks budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and resource needs with business/finance stakeholders.
• Develops and delivers status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership visibility.
• Facilitates meetings and governance; ensures decisions and actions are documented and followed.
• Maintains relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and leadership.
• Coordinates vendor and procurement activities including requirements, procurement planning, and vendor performance.
• Ensures deliverables align with strategies, regulatory requirements, policies, and standards.
• Translates business objectives into actionable requirements and milestones with technical teams.
• Anticipates challenges and develops solutions; escalates when appropriate and informs sponsors/leadership.
• Ensures project documentation, lessons learned, deliverables, and handoffs are completed at closeout.
• Provides guidance and knowledge sharing on PM practices, tools, and governance.
