Job summary

Bullion International Group in Oklahoma City is seeking a Project Manager to join the PMO and drive the delivery of strategic initiatives across the enterprise. You will manage a portfolio of projects, maintain governance, and partner with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while adhering to PMO standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of PM experience, strong leadership, and hands-on skills with Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field preferred but not required.
• 2–4 years of project management experience in a corporate portfolio environment.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and industry best practices in PMO environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience scheduling, estimating work, capacity planning, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an enterprise-wide portfolio of projects within the centralized PMO.
• Develop and report on KPIs, portfolio performance, and initiative status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with external vendors, researchers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Produce regular status updates and maintain project documentation and artifacts.
