Placements24 seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead Operations Improvement initiatives in Queenstown. This hybrid role focuses on identifying and implementing process enhancements across operational areas to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and manage the execution of improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management with a track record in process optimization and Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a focus on operational improvement or process engineering.
• Proven track record of analyzing business processes and driving successful operational changes.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on optimizing operational processes, workflow efficiency, and productivity.
• Analyze existing operational procedures to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
