Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Temp Project Manager/Owner's Rep for office MEP infrastructure in Johnson City, TN. This 6–12 month contract role offers hybrid on-site work and leads the delivery of HVAC, chiller, UPS, generator, and tenant fit-outs in occupied facilities.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budgets, risk, and schedules; coordinating with clients; and guiding the project team from initiation to closeout. Requires 5–8 years of relevant experience and professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as Owner's Representative on office construction projects.
• Ability to drive project scheduling from concept to closeout.
• Experience with design-build and MEP infrastructure projects preferred.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects.
• Interface directly with clients to prepare scope, budgets, schedules and risk plans.
• Define resources, issue RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
• Mentor team members and drive governance, data integrity, and progress reporting.
