Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Temp Project Manager/Owner's Rep for Johnson City, TN to lead office infrastructure projects (HVAC, chiller, UPS, generators) within occupied facilities. The role offers a hybrid schedule and requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and LEED AP, PMP, or CCM preferred.

You will interface with clients, manage scope, budgets, schedules, risk and governance, mentor staff, and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative on office construction projects.
• Ability to drive project scheduling from concept to closeout.
• Experience with design-build and MEP infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project or similar project management software.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects.
• Interface directly with clients to prepare the scope of work, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Implement project governance aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with mentorship and direction.
