RK&K seeks a client-focused Project Manager to grow our municipal water and wastewater practice across Florida. You will blend project delivery, client relationship management, and business development to expand RK&K's presence in the state's water sector.

The hybrid role balances remote work with in-office collaboration and direct client engagement throughout Florida. You will lead planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure while building strong relationships with

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive municipal water/wastewater consulting experience.
• Florida P.E. license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client relationship and account management with municipal utilities.
• Experience supporting business development, proposals, and pursuits.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of municipal water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and risk.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, subconsultants, municipalities, and regulators.
• Develop, negotiate, and execute task orders under MSAs and continuing services contracts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and proposals.
• Maintain trusted relationships with municipal utility clients across Florida.
• Ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance in project deliverables.
