Job summary

RK&K seeks a client-focused Project Manager to lead Florida municipal water and wastewater initiatives, blending project delivery, client relations, and business development in a hybrid work setting.

You will manage complex pipelines of tasks, coordinate multidisciplinary teams across the state, and drive growth by expanding services with municipal utilities while delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental engineering or related field.
• P.E. license in Florida or able to obtain within six months.
• 10+ years of progressive municipal water and wastewater consulting experience.
• Experience managing municipal utility projects across planning, design, permitting, and construction.
• Strong client relationships, budgeting, and MSAs experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow municipal client accounts under continuing services contracts and MSAs.
• Serve as point of contact for municipal utilities in Florida.
• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and risk for project delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and support proposals and pursuits.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
• Lead quality management, QA/QC reviews to meet standards.
