A leading specialty trade contractor is seeking a Project Manager for Metal Framing, Drywall, and Acoustical Systems in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will oversee installation projects from inception to close-out, communicating effectively with clients and contractors. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage relationships with General Contractors, and ensure projects meet all specifications and safety standards. The candidate should have 2-5 years of relevant experience and excellent communication abilities.

Qualificações

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong relevant computer skills.
• Ability to manage General Contractor relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Act as single point of contact for installation projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all tasks and customer satisfaction.
• Manage field operations to guarantee work per project specifications.

Conhecimentos

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong creative and critical thinker

Strong time management and organization skills

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite

Bilingual in Spanish

Formação académica

Associate degree or 2-5 years experience in general contracting
