Job summary

Advastar, Inc. | Recruiting & Staffing seeks a Project Manager for our Greenville, SC office to own interior framing and drywall projects end to end. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and subs across multiple projects, facilitating owner/GC meetings and ensuring quality.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in commercial PM, with CM/self-perform background and experience in healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality sectors. A non-union environment and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• CFMF and non-structural metal framing experience required.
• Self-perform background; GC-only experience not considered.
• Healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality PM background preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a meaningful advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial interior framing and drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Hold budgets and schedules across multiple active projects.
• Coordinate subcontractor crews, track manpower, and material flow.
• Manage submittals and RFIs and run owner/GC meetings.
• Catch quality misses before owner and keep subs positioned for success.
• Report to regional office leadership.

Job description

A well-established interior specialty contractor with a growing Southeast footprint is adding a Project Manager to its Greenville, SC office. The company runs commercial work across healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality, weighted toward new construction with some renovation. This is a self-perform specialty contractor — not a general contractor — and the role owns interior framing and drywall projects end to end. For an experienced commercial PM who wants autonomy, strong comp, and a real career path inside a low-turnover, expanding company, this is worth a conversation.

• Anticipated $105,000–$125,000, based on experience

Overview:

• Commercial construction PM background — healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality preferred
• Comfortable in a non-union, subcontracted-labor environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish a meaningful advantage
• Interest in future growth as the office expands
