Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Drywall Project Manager to lead commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and interior systems projects. The role is permanent with long-term career growth, strong backlog, and benefits including PTO and a 401(k).

Responsibilities include managing projects from award to closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, RFIs and submittals, and leading meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, or interior systems.
• Experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, ASIs, CCDs, and change orders.

• Work closely with field superintendents and foremen to ensure project success.
• Track project budgets, labor productivity, and financial performance.
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, owners, architects, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
