Job summary

Karsh Hagan Madden (KHM) in Denver is seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead initiatives from kickoff through final delivery while refining agency processes. This Denver-based role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least two days per week.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Account Service, Creative, Media, and Production teams to keep information flowing, timelines moving, resources aligned, and deliverables on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience within an advertising agency, marketing operations, or print/digital asset production environment.
• Foundational understanding of print and digital asset production processes and technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Workamajig, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration across in-person and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through final delivery, maintaining scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and overall health.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, requirements, trackers, presentations, SOPs, and client-facing materials.
• Maintain real-time project information to inform staffing, resource allocation, and schedule adjustments.
• Coordinate project kickoffs, reviews, presentations, and meetings with teams and clients.
• Partner with Production and Media to manage specs, deadlines, routing, and asset delivery.
