About You

You're an organized, proactive problem-solver who enjoys bringing order to moving pieces and keeping projects on track. You're comfortable balancing the details of day-to-day project management while still seeing the bigger picture - how timelines, resources, budgets, and decisions connect across an account.

You communicate clearly, stay calm when priorities shift, and aren't afraid to ask questions, flag concerns, or jump in to find a better way forward. You're naturally curious about how things work and energized by finding efficiencies, improving processes, and helping teams do their best work.

Most importantly, you're a collaborative team player who enjoys working across disciplines and building strong relationships with the people around you.

About the Job

We're looking for a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to help lead projects from kickoff through final delivery while contributing to the continued evolution of our agency processes.

You’ll work closely with Project Management, Account Service, Creative, Media, and Production teams to keep information flowing, timelines moving, resources aligned, and deliverables on track. You’ll become deeply familiar with your projects - understanding not only what needs to happen next, but how decisions around timing, staffing, scope, and budget can impact the overall success of the work.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, connecting the dots across teams, and finding smarter, more efficient ways to get great work out the door.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead projects from kickoff through final delivery, maintaining a clear understanding of scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and overall project health.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, requirements, trackers, presentations, standard operating procedures, and other internal and client-facing materials.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time project information within our project management system and use that information to help inform staffing, resource allocation, and timeline adjustments.
  • Coordinate project kickoffs, internal creative reviews, client presentations, and other key internal and external meetings while keeping communication flowing across teams.
  • Partner with Production and Media teams to manage specifications, deadlines, routing, trafficking, and delivery of final creative assets and materials.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and dependencies, proactively solving challenges before they impact timelines, deliverables, staffing, budgets, or overall account success.
  • Help solve operational and project challenges across departments with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Stay current on project management practices, tools, technologies, and industry trends and recommend opportunities to improve agency processes and efficiencies.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years of project management experience within an advertising agency, marketing operations, or print/digital asset production environment.
  • A foundational understanding of print and digital asset production processes and technical specifications.
  • Hands‑on experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Workamajig, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in both in‑person and remote environments.
  • Excellent organization and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • The ability to self‑manage, exercise good judgment, and recognize when to elevate concerns or ask for support.
  • A curious, adaptable mindset with a desire to continuously learn, ask questions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with analytics or business intelligence tools, such as Google Analytics or Salesforce Reporting, is a plus.
Don't Meet Every Requirement?

That's okay! At Karsh Hagan Madden, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences make us stronger. If this role excites you but your skillset doesn't line up perfectly with the qualifications above, we still want to hear from you. Who knows‑you might bring something to the table we didn’t even know we needed.

Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and additional benefits to support you and your family.
  • 401(k) with Traditional and Roth options, plus a company match.
