Job summary

You will coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations, manage scope, schedule, cost, and safety, and ensure governance per PMCoE standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 2+ years related experience required; or High School/GED with 5+ years related experience.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree and project management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, delegation, and coordination with internal and external organizations.
• Interface with functional leaders of matrixed team members regarding placement, development, and conflict resolution.
• Structure, lead, or assist in project meetings to ensure open communication with stakeholders and management.
• Prepare and report monthly project status, kickoff meetings, and recurring communications.
• Develop and communicate Project Plans and reporting per PMCoE standards; engage governance as needed.
• Plan scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality aspects of assigned projects.
• Execute projects within approved scope, cost, and schedule; define objectives, deliverables, and risk/quality plans.
