Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality objectives. You will manage communications with stakeholders and execute plans in line with PMCoE standards.

The role requires a demonstrated ability to plan, monitor, and adjust project activities across diverse groups, with emphasis on risk management, vendor strategy, and effective governance. Hybrid work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree AND 5 years minimum required related experience.
• In lieu of degree, High School / GED AND 9 years minimum required related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams across multiple internal and external organizations.
• Prepare and report monthly project status, kickoff meetings, and ongoing communications.
• Plan scope, schedule, cost, safety and quality; manage risk, procurement, and vendor strategy.
• Ensure compliance with PMCoE standards and applicable policies.
