Job summary

AdMed is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ongoing projects, ensuring deliverables, deadlines and schedules are met. You will collaborate with team members to maintain scope and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Minimum 2 years project management experience in an advertising or pharmaceutical agency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure Account Coordinators adhere to project management standards on their assigned projects.
• Working with Account Coordinators to submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to inform impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents for clients.
• Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• ERP project oversight.
• Project manage on assigned accounts as needed.
• Timeline Setup/Maintenance
• Management of Internal Workflow
• Running Status Meetings/Prep/Followup
• Document Management (Creating and Maintaining Job Folder and Files)

• Maintain Project Management Knowledge Base
• Assist in the preparation and execution of AdMed marketing projects
