Job summary

OSC is seeking a Project Manager to guide cross-functional teams in delivering on scope, schedule, and budget for lender insurance services and real estate investor products. You’ll report to the SVP, Business Performance, gaining broad exposure to core processes while coaching peers and growing into senior PM roles.

This hybrid role sits near Kennesaw, GA, with growth paths across PM I–III and a strong emphasis on compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; project management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with databases, data files, and standard business software.
• PM certification (PMP or CAPM) valued for II/III; not required for PM I.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional project teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop charters, project plans, timelines, and budgets; maintain agendas and minutes.
• Proactively communicate status, risks, and changes to executives and clients.
• Represent OSC in meetings with lenders, investors, and partners.
• Train new PMs and coordinators as you gain experience.
